Over the next week, BogotaPopUps is running a number of, what promise to be, excellent events (and a great opportunity to meet people if you’re new in Bogotá)! Organised by founders Sara Lisa Ørstavik and Andres Lizcano Rodriguez, BogotaPopUps offers unique, underground dining events which bring together friends and strangers for conversation, music, delicious food, and a memorable night that stands out from regular restaurant experience! Personally I can’t wait to try it!

Day trip to an organic farm

Book a day-tour to an organic farm, owned by Judith and Jairo, just outside of Bogotá. La Canasta is an initiative which offers a market of fresh, local, fairtrade products, and you will have the chance to put together and purchase your own organic food basket on the day! The price includes a wholesome, organic lunch prepared by Judith, as well as transport, drinks and a snack.

Art and Pancakes

Enjoy a delicious combination of art and pancakes at an art class in Usaquén this weekend. Swiss artist Rosenell Baud is running an afternoon art class (which will include making monotypes, painting and printing on paper) and will delight you with a home-made sweet and savoury crèpes!
